2013 Summer Trial Passes
Now available for all who do not currently have a 2012 pre-paid application. Passes are valid from the time completed application is received with full payment through September 31, 2013. Summer Passes information and application.
Course Updates
Bridge Detours – Due to the heavy rains, the two bridges on the back nine will be closed for repairs for the next one to two weeks. The course is open, players will have to drive around the water instead of crossing in the normal locations.
May Course Maintenance – Fertilizer spread is scheduled for May 28th starting at approximately 10am. The spread will include all tees, fairways, greens surrounds, as well as the perimeter of each hole. We are also tentatively scheduled to aerifying tees and fairways in the 5/21-5/23 date range.
Course, Putting and Chipping Greens closed June 2. Sunday June 2nd, the course, putting green and chipping green will all be closed for our annual Curfew application. Curfew is used to treat Nematodes and can pose a slight danger to humans. Therefore the course has to stay closed for 24 hours.
Summer Evening 9-Hole League
SJGC is forming points games on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. The leagues are open to all. Each player will have their own points quota based upon their performance in the league. Players can pick and choose which days they want to play, weekly attendance is not required.
- Format: Points Quota. Individual & 2 person team
- Time: 9 Hole Shotgun at 5:30
- Cost: $16 for SJGC members, $22 for non-members.
Cost includes cart and green fees plus entry fee into the “gameâ€. - Optional Skins: $5.00 gross & $5.00 net
The league will begin on April 16th, 2013 and run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the summer and into early fall, culminating in a league championship. Summer League FAQ.
